TransVac, LLC offers a full complement of services through our full line of hauling capabilities. We provide the safest, environmentally sound, and “on time” deliveries of products due to our large fleet and trained and experienced staff and drivers. TransVac, LLC has been providing customers with exceptional services since 2002.

As the business has grown, TransVac, LLC has reinvested in more equipment and location expansion to better serve our clients. We have always maintained great dedication to our customers and continue to focus on satisfaction and safety.

President/Owner

Mr. Kieffer is presently serving as President/Owner of TransVac, LLC Inc. Mr. Kieffer has over thirty (30) years of experience in transportation services, manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Refining Industries. He possesses knowledge and specific experience for distribution and transportation of hazardous and nonhazardous materials throughout the United States. Prior to establishing TransVac, LLC, in 2002, Mr. Kieffer worked as Vice President of Operations for AMBAR, Inc. handling all aspects of transportation, equipment, personnel, stock points, environmental quality, and management demands.

Mr. Kieffer graduated from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA with a B.S. in Animal Science in 1970. Mr. Kieffer is very active in the local community and is a member of many professional organizations, including LABI (Louisiana Business & Industry), Lafayette Chapter Society Petroleum Engineers, Louisiana Motor Transportation Association and Better Business Bureau.

Mr. Kieffer also is a member of Ducks Unlimited, Elk Foundation of America and National Rifle Association.

Logistics Manager

Mr. Toups has served as operations and logistics manager since TransVac, LLC opened its doors in 2002. Mr. Toup’s passion and enthusiasm for the trucking industry has proved to be TransVac, LLC’s largest asset. Mr. Toup’s vast experience in all aspects of transportation, oil and gas industry fluids, products, and equipment, assures our customers that no job is too big or small for TransVac, LLC. Mr. Toups assists in overseeing the 24 hour a day operation of a fleet of 40 tractor trailers and drivers, maintaining complete customer satisfaction in timely delivery of materials.

Business Manager

Mrs. Renard has been the Business Manager for TransVac, LLC since the company opened. Her work ethic, devotion to work, and qualifications to develop and implement financial quality control in all accounting processes assures our customers receive accurate billing and quick responses to all inquiries. Angie processes payroll and insurance for our employees and other daily operational functions necessary for continued growth.

Kris Potier

Safety Manager - Health, Safety, Environmental

Mr. Potier is our Safety Manager and is responsible for developing a safety culture for Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) at TransVac, LLC. He has 25 years of experience in the transportation industry with 15 years of experience in safety. Prior to his current role, he worked in operations and sales. Kris is OSHA certified in Occupational Safety & Health and a PEC Trainer.

Dana performs office duties pertaining to the general work flow within the facility. She is instrumental in forwarding all necessary information needed from drivers to the home office. Dana passes on information to drivers concerning requirements pertaining to work schedule. She is available to make sure all equipment assigned to the facility remains in full inspection and credentialed accordingly.
